These terms govern your use of steed-sports.com and its design tool. They are written for business visitors — brand owners, sourcing managers and trading companies evaluating a manufacturing partner.
01Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your visit applies.
02Information on this site is not an offer
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, quotation or price commitment. Specifications, capacity figures, lead times, minimum order quantities and certification information are indicative, are provided for general orientation, and are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract signed by us.
Where a figure differs between this website and your signed quotation, the signed quotation governs.
03Use of the website
- You may browse, download product information and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or use it to distribute unlawful or misleading material.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us.
04Your designs and our content
Your material. Designs, tech packs, artwork, logos and specifications you send us remain your property. We use them only to quote, develop and manufacture your product. We are prepared to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any design discussion, and we do not publish or reuse client work.
Our material. The text, layout, photography, code and visual identity of this website belong to Steed Sports or its licensors, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
05Design tool
The online design tool is a visual aid. Colours, materials and proportions shown on screen are indicative only. Pantone references, material hand-feel, finish and construction are confirmed through physical samples, not through the on-screen preview. A design stored in your browser is not an order and creates no obligation on either side.
06Samples, orders and payment
Sampling fees, order quantities, production lead times, payment terms, Incoterms and shipping arrangements are agreed in writing per order. Sample development typically attracts a charge that may be credited against a subsequent bulk order, as stated in your quotation. Title and risk pass according to the Incoterm agreed in that quotation.
07No warranty as to availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular style, colourway or stock item remains available. Ready-stock listings describe inventory at a point in time and are subject to prior sale.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this website or reliance on indicative information on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits the rights you have under a signed sales contract.
09Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites — for example a payment platform, a logistics partner or a social profile. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10Confidentiality
Information exchanged during a sourcing discussion is treated as confidential by both sides. Where a mutual NDA has been signed, its terms prevail over this section.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guangzhou, China, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution clause agreed in a signed sales contract.
