What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
+MOQ is confirmed per project at quotation. It depends on style complexity, material and the production line assigned — a simple canvas shoe and a tech-heavy performance runner do not carry the same number. Send us your target quantity and market, and we come back with one concrete figure, not a range. Mixed sizes within a single order are fine.
How long does sampling take?
+7 days for initial sample from your tech pack. 10-14 days for revisions and material sourcing. Sample cost refunded against bulk PO.
What is your standard production lead time?
+30-45 days from deposit for typical orders. Rush Ready Stock ships in 14 days. For orders above 50,000 pairs, allow 60 days.
Which certifications can you provide for my market?
+Our factory holds the certifications required for your market. Ask us for the current audit pack and we share the certificates and third-party reports under NDA — we would rather show you the document than list a logo.
Can you handle private label and custom packaging?
+Yes. We handle logo printing, custom labels, branded boxes, polybags, and hangtags. Submit your brand assets — we integrate them into production schedule.
What are your payment terms?
+30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% balance against B/L copy before shipment. L/C at sight accepted for orders above USD 50,000.
Do you ship door-to-door or FOB only?
+Both. Standard is FOB Shenzhen/Ningbo. We also offer DDP, CIF, and door-to-door with our logistics partners to EU, US, UK, AU, JP markets.
How do you protect design confidentiality?
+Mutual NDA at project start. Segregated production lines per client. No public catalog of client work. Restricted access to design files.
