A management-system certificate is not a destination-market test. Know which document you are looking at before you treat it as a shipping ticket. The ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 scans and the English credentials PDF are on the factory credentials page.
Importers mix up three different pieces of paper: a factory management-system certificate, a product test report for a destination market, and an inspection record for one shipment. They are not interchangeable. Treating them as one PDF is how a container gets stuck.
| Document | What it proves | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 | The plant runs documented management systems | That this colourway is legal in your market |
| Market test report | A lab result against a named standard, for a named spec | That the next colourway is automatically covered |
| Shipment inspection | This lot was sampled or checked to the agreed AQL | That the factory is who they say they are |
| Buyer audit / social file | A visitor or a scheme looked at the plant, under NDA | A substitute for your own visit or live video walkthrough |
Jiangxi BaiYing Group, our manufacturing partner, holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, renewed 12 July 2024 and valid to 16 May 2027. That tells you the plant runs a documented quality, environment and occupational-health system. It does not tell a European retailer that this colourway passed a chemical screen, and it does not replace a pre-shipment inspection.
Inspection is four gates: incoming material, in-process, pre-final and pre-shipment. AQL is agreed for the order. Critical defects are inspected at 100%. Photographs can be shared. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your request. This is part of the calendar on the production timeline, not a week bolted on at the end.
The campus is 473 mu (about 78 acres) with 480,000 m2 of floor space, 16 intelligent lines and 68 stitching lines. Scale is relevant because the same gates can run a trial and a later programme. Scale is not a substitute for naming the destination market.
| Ask this | Because |
|---|---|
| Which destination market is this quote built for? | Tests follow the market, not the factory brochure |
| Is testing a line in the quote, or assumed? | Unstated tests reappear as a delay |
| Can third-party inspection attend pre-shipment? | Your retailer may require a name they already trust |
| Which files need NDA before they leave the plant? | Client reports are not a public download |
Write the destination market in the first email. Ask which tests that market typically requires for athletic footwear, and which of those tests are in the quotation. REACH-type chemical screens, physical lab tests and labelling rules vary by market; we describe the type of file, we do not invent a certificate number on this page. Verify the plant itself with the factory checklist before you pay anyone, including us.

Market-specific test reports, buyer audits and social-compliance files are shared under NDA. We do not list logos we cannot show.
