Our manufacturing partner Jiangxi BaiYing Group runs a 473-mu campus (about 78 acres) with 480,000 m2 of floor space, 16 intelligent production lines and 68 smart stitching lines. Output runs to 20 million finished pairs and 10 million garments a year.
Because upper knitting, sole tooling, assembly and packaging sit under one campus, a mid-project material change does not turn into a three-week argument between subcontractors. More than 4,000 SKUs leave these lines in a year.
