You bring the market and the players. We build the plate, the stud configuration, the upper and the fit — FG for firm ground, AG for artificial grass, TF for turf and IC for indoor courts.
Capacity figures refer to our long-term manufacturing partner's Jiangxi campus, where custom soccer cleat programmes run.
One upper, four grounds. The outsole is where a soccer programme succeeds or fails — so we define it first.
Conical or bladed studs for natural grass, the standard match configuration. Stud height and count tuned to your market's pitches.
Shorter, denser stud patterns that spread load on synthetic turf and reduce joint stress — the fastest-growing segment for club programmes.
Rubber nubs for hard training surfaces and older pitches. A natural second SKU for the same upper, sharing tooling cost.
Flat non-marking rubber outsole for futsal and indoor courts. Rounds out the range for markets where indoor play is the entry point.
SG (soft ground) configurations with removable studs are assessed per programme. If you are unsure which outsoles your market actually needs, start with ready stock vs custom and test sell-through before committing tooling.
Everything a player touches, you can define: the stud configuration (shape, count, height, plate material), the upper (synthetic leather, knit or microfibre), the last and fit including narrow and wide widths, and the colourway planned at sample stage rather than added after the shape is fixed.
Club branding is handled the same way as retail branding: logo printing, woven and printed labels, badges, branded boxes and hangtags — integrated into the production schedule from the start so packaging never becomes the reason a shipment slips.

Selling to clubs and academies?
Run a team programme: one or two uppers, your club branding, mixed sizes in a single order. Team runs are our most common soccer starting point.
Start a team brief →Building a retail range?
Launch with multiple colourways on one tooling — FG as the hero, TF as the training SKU. Spreading tooling across the range keeps unit economics workable.
OEM vs ODM vs private label →Testing the market first?
Start from an existing soccer style in the development library with your branding on it, and move to your own plate once sell-through is clear.
See ready stock →Send the silhouette, the surfaces you sell into and the colour direction. Mutual NDA first, then design discussion. A human replies within 12 working hours.
Last width, outsole plate and stud configuration are confirmed for your surfaces before any sample is cut — this is where a soccer programme is won.
Initial sample timing confirmed per style. The approved sample and colour standard stay on file, so a reorder matches the first run. Sample cost refunded against the bulk order.
Lead time from deposit is confirmed after sample approval. FOB Guangzhou, with other major Chinese ports available on request. CIF available, DDP for full-container orders. 25-40 days to EU and US by sea.
Signed before any design discussion, every time.
Dedicated production lines per client at our manufacturing partner's facility. No shared tooling between accounts.
We do not publish client work or use it as a sales reference for other buyers.
Quality and compliance at the campus: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, with a SMETA 4-Pillar social-compliance audit on file (Sedex member ID ZC420027404 — verify via your Sedex account). Quality & certification →
Soccer programmes live or die on two decisions. The first is the outsole: which surfaces your market actually plays on, and whether the stud configuration matches — that is defined at design stage, not fixed after sampling. The second is the route: OEM vs ODM vs private label, and what to expect on quantities, because MOQ is where most first programmes stall.
Then the usual checks: what happens during sampling, a realistic production timeline, and how to verify a Chinese shoe factory before you wire a deposit. If you plan to start from an existing style, compare the two paths in ready stock vs custom.
MOQ and tooling scope are confirmed per style at quotation — one concrete figure rather than a range.
A custom soccer cleats maker has to be honest about one thing: a flat-knit upper is not a football boot. The studs, the plate and the ball-control surface are the whole product. What we do well is custom colourways and branding on soccer and turf styles built on existing tooling, plus team kits and training wear on the same campus as the shoes.
Send the silhouette, the surfaces you sell into and the colour direction. We come back with a sampling date and a stud-configuration view.
