Trail is the category where construction decisions show up fastest in returns: outsole pattern, protection at the toe, and whether the upper survives rock. We build it to your spec, with those three in the brief from day one.
Lug depth and pattern are tooled to the terrain you are selling into — packed trail, loose rock or mixed ground.
Toe caps, abrasion-resistant panels and reinforced heel counters, built to your pattern rather than retrofitted.
Supercritical foamed midsole, EVA or a composite plate, depending on the ride and the level of protection you are selling.
Trail and outdoor footwear is one of the categories we build, alongside running, court, walking, mesh and knit, and leather and casual. Buyers building an outdoor range often run several of these on the same development cycle so the range shares last-fitting logic and colour direction.
More than 4,000 SKUs leave our manufacturing partner's lines in a year, across 16 intelligent production lines and 68 smart stitching lines.

Trail and outdoor styles fail when the outsole compound and the upper weather spec are copied from a road shoe. Send the terrain, the climate and a reference pair. We confirm construction, sampling and production timing per style.
You can inspect the campus the same way as any other programme: video walk-through, third-party audit, visit, or documents under NDA.
Most running shoe manufacturers quote the road shoe first because it is the easy one. Trail is harder: the upper has to take abrasion, the plate has to flex under a rock edge, and the last runs wider. We build both, and trail is where engineered knit earns its place — one-piece uppers with no cut-panel seams to rub against a wet sock.
Tell us the terrain and the price point. We will come back on outsole tooling, upper build and sampling dates.
